ADVANCED INJECTION & MOLDING SOULTIONS

WHO WE ARE

Located right here in the Fraser Valley, our injection molding shop produces reliable, production-ready components with the speed and consistency manufacturers expect. With four injection molding machines ranging from 80T to 460T, we support a wide range of part sizes and production needs—from short runs to steady volume programs.

We don’t stop at molding. We provide value-add finishing and downstream support to help customers reduce touch points and simplify their supply chain. That includes heat staking, assembly and kitting, and custom packaging—from bulk pack to retail-ready presentation. Whether you need labeled bags, custom inserts, boxed kits, or fully assembled and packaged product, we build the process around your requirements so parts arrive organized, protected, and ready to use or ship.

CURRENT CAPABILITIES

  • Material processing support (drying/handling as required)
  • Process optimization and repeatable setup standards (supporting consistent output)

SECONDARY OPERATIONS & VALUE-ADD

  • Heat staking
  • Assembly and sub-assembly (kitting, fasteners, inserts, component integration)
  • Part finishing as required (trim/deburr, basic rework support)
  • Count/lot control and traceability practices (as required by customer)

PROJECT SUPPORT

  • Program coordination from tool build through production and packaging
  • Supplier and offshore coordination when required (tooling or components)

STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT

Our injection molding shop is equipped with high-reliability production equipment built for repeatability and consistent quality. We run Nissei (Japanese-built) injection molding machines, known for stable processing and tight control, and we use Sonitec heat staking systems for clean, dependable secondary assembly. Backing it up, our MSTAD104 metrology capability supports verification to the standards your parts require—so what we make is what you spec’d, and it stays that way run after run
